For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Get Active Fitness Apparel.

Get Active Fitness Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
